Today’s commemorative walk is expected to begin at Parika and continue to the hotel, the place where she was last seen and where her body was later found. A memorial service is expected to follow.

Her mother, Amecia Simon Younge, has said they are choosing to remember Adrianna through “positive action,” even as the pain of her loss remains very much alive.
