According to Antonio Dey’s report, Attorney General and Minister of Legal Affairs Anil Nandlall has announced that the capacity of appellate court judges will soon be expanded. The aim is to address the backlog of cases at the Court of Appeal, with a minimum increase to five judges and a maximum of nine.
