Head of CARICOM observer team, Earl Simpson, does not give much credit to the mechanisms put in place by GECOM to conduct the elections. He said the electoral laws render the system too inflexible. Andrew Weekes reports the mission’s final report will be sprinkled with recommendations to CARICOM.
