A resident of Linden is now
among the confirmed cases of COVID-19.
HGP understands that the man
was transferred from the Mackenzie Hospital to the Georgetown Public Hospital
Corporation after he displayed symptoms of the disease.
Acting Medical Superintendent
of the Mackenzie Hospital, Dr. Joseph London said that the institution has
taken a more aggressive role in addressing issues and concerns of staff and
members of the public.
