Tragic news out of Costa Rica—Malcolm-Jamal Warner, the beloved actor best known as Theo Huxtable on The Cosby Show, has reportedly died at age 54 in a drowning incident while vacationing with family. The Costa Rican Red Cross confirmed he was pulled out by a rip current and could not be revived despite rescue efforts.
