Assembly for Liberty and Prosperity (ALP) Presidential Candidate, Simona Broomes, is urging Guyanese to hold their leaders accountable and to push for reforms that will strengthen transparency in governance.

Speaking on the campaign trail, Broomes emphasized that accountability is the foundation of democracy and called for citizens to be more vocal in demanding honest leadership. She also pressed for changes to the use of party colors in political campaigning, arguing that it often deepens division rather than unity.
The ALP leader said her party’s vision is rooted in empowering citizens, creating fairness, and ensuring that Guyana’s wealth benefits all its people.
