The decision to work beyond regular hours underscores the urgency and importance attached to these legislative measures.
Custodial sentences for small amounts of marijuana are to be removed, however, the process to repealing current custodial legislation which criminalizes possession of small amounts of marijuana will commence when parliament comes out of recess. Handell Duncan is following this story for us.
