With Guyana prepared to go to the ICJ to present its case on the territorial controversy with Venezuela, that country has rejected the decision of the United Nations to engage the ICJ in the matter. Former foreign Trade Minister, Dr. Henry Jeffery says the situation is not an ideal one but predicts that a juridical settlement would be in favour on Guyana.
